In this survey IdeaStar asked open-ended questions regarding trends in agent demographics and the adoption of Web-based tools. Our goal was to better understand not only how the Web is viewed by the current agent community but also how that community and the views may change over the next several years. We also hoped to learn what insurance marketing executives thought about the abilities of their internal IT departments to tackle Web development.
